AB distributor to pay out dividend of PLN 3 per share

The ordinary general meeting of listed distributor of IT, household appliances and consumer electronics AB has decided that the dividend to be paid out for 2023/2024 financial year will amount to PLN 3 (EUR 0.71) per share, the company said in a market filing, A total of PLN 48.56 million (EUR 11.6 mln) will go towards the dividend.


"The total amount of the dividend will be reduced by the amount resulting from the product of the dividend per share and the number of the issuer's own shares held by the issuer on the dividend date (buy-back of own shares)," AB said in the market filing.

The dividend date has been set for April 8, 2025, and the dividend will be paid on April 15, 2025.

In 2024, AB shareholders decided that the company would pay a dividend of PLN 2 (EUR 0.48) per share for the 2022/2023 financial year.
