Agnieszka Kosowska appointed as acting CEO of Bank Pocztowy

The supervisory board of Polish lender Bank Pocztowy has delegated Agnieszka Kosowska to temporarily perform the duties of a member of the bank's management board and to manage the work of the management board, the bank announced in a statement.


It was announced that the bank's supervisory board has appointed Agnieszka Kosowska, a member of the supervisory board, as the acting CEO from August 14, 2025, until appointing a person selected in a recruitment process for the position of CEO, but for no longer than three months, i.e. until November 14, 2025.

On Tuesday, Bank Pocztowy announced that Jarosław Orlikowski had been dismissed from the position of CEO and, at the same time, from the management board, with effect from the moment the resolution was adopted by the extraordinary general meeting.
