Allegro.eu S.A.Allegro e-commerce has agreement with DHL Parcel Polska
Listed e-commerce platform Allegro has signed an agreement with DHL Parcel Polska for deliveries to DHL's network of parcel machines and pick-up points, deliveries to address and deliveries to the network of parcel machines and pick-up points Allegro One - One Box and One Point, Allegro said in a press release.
As stated, the fees for DHL specified in the agreement will remain fixed until the end of 2025 and will be adjusted according to a formula specified in the agreement every 12 consecutive months. The formula is based on changes in macroeconomic factors, this is the inflation rate, average salary and diesel prices. The technical terms of supply to the Allegro One network will be agreed separately.
The contract is for a fixed term until the end of September 2029 with a 9-month notice period, but termination is not possible earlier than after 24 months.
From 2027 onwards, the contract provides for discounts, surcharges, and the possibility of early termination in the event of poorer quality performance.
DHL is obliged to maintain a certain level of performance and service levels for the duration of the agreement and to further develop the APM and PUDO networks in Poland enabling the services to be delivered at the projected volumes.
The parties have also committed to continue working together to develop new services and identify operational synergies, as well as to provide mutual marketing services.
"The agreement is part of the company's ongoing efforts to scale and diversify the Allegro Delivery service by expanding cooperation with logistics partners, as well as increasing the use of its own APM network," Allegro reported.
