transparency requirements, as amended (the "Law")
The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs that
on 24 and 28 April 2025 the Company received voluntary notifications
with respect to major holding in accordance with the Law, sent by the
shareholders of the Company, i.e. Cidinan S. r.l. and Permira VI
Investment Platform Limited. The notifications are attached to this
report.
