AmRest hospitality posts EUR 111.1 mln EBITDA in Q4 2024, above consensus

Listed restaurant operator AmRest Holdings posted an EBITDA of EUR 111.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2024, up from EUR 96.2 million in the prior year period, the company said in a financial report. The PAP Biznes consensus was for EUR 98.2 million EBITDA.


The group's revenue in the fourth quarter of 2024 amounted to EUR 665.3 million, against EUR 628.9 million in the prior year period and EUR 652.8 million expected by the market.

The parent company's net profit reached EUR 9.6 million against a loss of EUR 5.8 million a year earlier. Analysts had expected a net profit of EUR 9.2 million.

The EBITDA margin was 17.1 percent against 15.8 percent a year earlier.

As at the end of December 2024, AmRest managed a chain of 2,099 restaurants.
