Echo Investment SAArchicom developer sells 725 apartments in Q4 2024, against 521 in prior year period
Listed developer Archicom, owned by Echo Investment Group, as part of the group's operations and as part of its management of residential projects for Echo, concluded 725 preliminary sale agreements and development agreements in the fourth quarter of 2024, up from 521 agreements concluded in the prior year period, Archicom said in a market filing.
As stated, 138 agreements are direct sales of the Echo group carried out by the Archicom group under a management contract.
Cumulatively, since the beginning of 2024, the group had concluded 2,196 agreements versus 1,835 agreements concluded in 2023.
Archicom said that 260 units were handed over in the fourth quarter of 2024 (of which 23 contracts were direct handovers from the Echo group executed by the Archicom group under a management contract), down from 1,362 units handed over in the fourth quarter of 2023.
Cumulatively, since the beginning of 2024, 1,076 units had been handed over, down from 2,122 units handed over cumulatively since the beginning of 2023.
