Listed developer Echo Investment wants to reduce its debt ratio to 20-30 percent in the coming years as a result of a change in its business model, according to representatives of the management board. The group is focusing on the residential sector, but also wants to invest in development on the Warsaw office market.
Listed developer Echo Investment estimates that it is possible to sell 3,000 flats in 2025. The group is adapting its offer to market needs and wants to implement more projects in the residential real estate segment, representatives of the management board told a videoconference.
Echo Investment chce w kolejnych latach zredukować wskaźnik zadłużenia do poziomu 20-30 proc., w wyniku zmiany modelu biznesowego - poinformowali przedstawiciele zarządu. Grupa koncentruje się na sektorze mieszkaniowym, ale chce inwestować także w rozwój na warszawskim rynku biurowym.
Echo Investment ocenia, że sprzedaż 3 tys. mieszkań w całym 2025 r. jest możliwa. Grupa dostosowuje ofertę do potrzeb rynkowych i chce realizować więcej projektów w segmencie popularnym - poinformowali przedstawiciele zarządu.
Listed developer Echo Investment posted attributable net profit of PLN 56.4 million (EUR 13.3 mln) in the third quarter of 2025, according to the company's report.
