Archicom developer sells 632 flats in Q2 2025, up from 472 in prior year period

Listed developer Archicom, as part of the group's operations and as part of its management of residential projects for the Echo Investment Group, concluded 632 preliminary agreements for the sale of residential units and development agreements in the second quarter of 2025, up from 472 agreements concluded in the prior year period, Archicom said in a market filing.


As stated, 104 contracts are direct sales of the Echo group executed by the Archicom group under the respective management agreement.

Archicom said 380 units were handed over in the second quarter of 2025 (of which 25 were direct Echo group handovers executed by the Archicom group under the relevant management agreement), against 65 units handed over in the prior year period.
