Archicom real estate launches sales of 196 flats in Lodz

Listed real estate developer Archicom has introduced 196 apartments to offer as part of the Flow investment in the New Centre in Lodz, the company announced in a press release. The fourth stage will see the construction of 196 flats and 10 commercial premises. The construction is to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.


Archicom pointed out that due to the organisation of the Flow construction site and the availability of access and deliveries, stage four is being carried out before stage three.

The Flow project will ultimately comprise five buildings with 1,250 flats and over 60,000 square metres of usable space.
