Assimilation of ordinary bearer series C1-C5 shares in Archicom S.A.

Content of the report:

The Management Board of Archicom S.A., with its

registered office in Wrocław (the _quot;Company_quot;) informs of

the issuance by the National Depository for Securities S.A. (the _quot;NDS_quot;)

of statement No. 891/2024 dated 12 September 2024, in which the NDS

decided to assimilate in the depository system on 16 September 2024,

22,825,700 ordinary bearer series C1, C2, C3, C4 and C5 shares with a

nominal value of PLN 10.00 each, including: (i) 3,892,568 ordinary

bearer series C1 shares; (ii) 4,671,081 ordinary bearer series C2

shares; (iii) 5,605,298 ordinary bearer series C3 shares; (iv) 6,726,357

ordinary bearer series C4 shares; and (v) 1,930,396 ordinary bearer

series C5 shares (the _quot;Shares_quot;) with the shares in the

Company traded on the parallel market operated by the Warsaw Stock

Exchange S.A. (the _quot;WSE_quot;) under ISIN code _quot;PLARHCM00016_quot;.

Thus, the condition for the effective introduction of

the Shares to trading on the parallel market operated by the WSE as of

16 September 2024, as reported by the Company in current report No.

31/2024 dated 11 September 2024, has been satisfied.

Specific legal basis: §17(1)(2) and (5) of the

Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and

periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions

for recognising as equivalent information required under applicable

legal regulations of a non-member state.
