Artur Cholody appointed as deputy CEO of Azoty chemicals, Hubert Kamola dismissed

Listed chemicals group Azoty's supervisory board has appointed Artur Cholody as deputy CEO of Grupa Azoty and dismissed Hubert Kamola from this position, the group announced in a market filing. Hubert Kamola has resigned from his position as the CEO of Azoty's unit, Grupa Azoty Pulawy.


"During its meeting on September 22, 2025, the supervisory board appointed Artur Cholody to the management board of Grupa Azoty S.A. as deputy CEO of the management board, effective October 1, 2025. During the meeting, the supervisory board dismissed deputy CEO Hubert Kamola from the management board with effect from the date of the decision," Azoty said in the market filing.

"At the same time, Mr Kamola resigned from his position as CEO of the management board of Grupa Azoty Pulawy," it added.

The supervisory board has also set the number of members of the Azoty's management board for the 13th term at six, including five appointed after a qualification procedure and one member of the management board elected by the employees.
