Atal developer with 218 flats handed over in Q1 2025

Listed housing developer Atal handed over a total of 218 residential and commercial units in the first quarter of 2025, the company said in a market filing.


In the first quarter of 2025, the largest number of units were handed over in Wroclaw (84) and Lodz (79), followed by Poznan (22), Katowice (21), Gdansk (8) and Cracow (4).

Atal added that it concluded 348 development and preliminary agreements in the period. In January, the company concluded 65 development and preliminary agreements, in February - 86 and in March - 197.

According to the market filing, at the end of the first quarter of 2025, the company had 90 active reservation agreements.
