Atal developer hands over total of 652 units in Q3 2025

Listed housing developer Atal will recognise a total of 652 residential and commercial units handed over in the third quarter of 2025 in its revenues, the company said in a market filing.


In the third quarter of 2025, the largest number of residential and commercial units were handed over in the following locations: Wrocław (205), Cracow (101) and Lodz (97), followed by the Tri-City (94), Katowice (91), Poznan (62) and Warsaw (2).

In total, Atal handed over 1,262 units in the first three quarters of 2025. In this period, the group concluded 1,158 net development and preliminary agreements.

At the end of the third quarter, Atal had 109 active reservation agreements.
