Podstawa prawna: With reference to the section XXI of AviaAM Leasing AB (the "Company") offering prospectus, approved in accordance with the Law on Securities Market of the Republic of Lithuania on 4 June 2013, the Management Board of the Company hereby communicates the information concerning the final costs of subscription of 14 018 754 ordinary registered shares available in public offering (the "Offering"):
- The offer price for one share of the Company was established at PLN 8 and the investors subscribed for 14 018 754 Company's shares;
- The final value of the Offering amounted to PLN 112 150 032;
- The costs related to the Offering incurred by the Company to date are PLN 4.926 thousand;
- The average cost of the Offering per share was PLN 0,35;
