Azoty chemicals inks annex to agreement with EIB, extending it until September 30

Listed chemicals group Azoty, on its own behalf and on behalf of selected companies from the group, has signed an annex to the agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB) extending the agreement until September 30, 2025, the group announced in a market filing.


As stated, the annexed agreement with the EIB and the agreement with other financing institutions ensure that the limits under the financing agreements remain at their current level.

It also ensures that the institutions and the European Investment Bank do not take any action to cancel or reduce the available limits, as well as not exercise certain rights under the agreements in connection with their breach or potential breach during the term of the agreement.

"The EIB agreement, with the consent of the European Investment Bank and certain companies of Grupa Azoty, may be subject to extension," Azoty pointed out in the market filing.
