The Management Board of Black Pearl S.A. (the "Issuer")

publishes the Issuer's annual revised report for the financial year 2021, together with attachments, that is:

1 / the Management Board's separate report on activities for the year

2021;

2 / separate financial statements for the year 2021 ;

3 / selected financial data of subsidiaries for the year 2021;

4/ opinion and report of the expert report on the unit audit

financial statements of the Issuer for 2021

Opinion and the auditor's report on the unconsolidated

financial statements of the Issuer for the year 2021, the Issuer will publish after examining the report of 31 May 2022 as an adjustment of the annual report.

Legal basis:

§5 sec. 1 point 2 in connection with with §5 sec. 6.1. - 6.3. and §6 sec. 11 of Appendix No. 3 of Appendix No. 3 of the Alternative Trading System Regulations "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market"

Zarząd Black Pearl S.A. ("Emitent") przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości korektę raportu rocznego Emitenta za rok obrotowy 2021, wraz z załącznikami, to jest:

1/ jednostkowym sprawozdaniem Zarządu z działalności za rok 2021;

2/ jednostkowym sprawozdaniem finansowym za rok 2021;

3/ wybranymi danymi finansowymi spółek zależnych za rok 2021;

4/ Opinią i raportem biegłego rewidenta z badania jednostkowego

sprawozdania finansowego Emitenta za rok 2021.
