The Management Board of Black Pearl S.A. (the "Issuer")

publishes the Issuer's annual report for the financial year 2020, together with attachments, that is:

1 / the Management Board's separate report on activities for the year

2020;

2 / separate financial statements for the year 2020 ;

3 / selected financial data of subsidiaries for the year 2020;

Opinion and the auditor's report on the unconsolidated

financial statements of the Issuer for the year 2020, the Issuer will publish after examining the report of 18 June 2021r as an adjustment of the annual report.

This situation arose for reasons beyond the control of the Issuer due to the death of the Auditor.

Legal basis:

§5 sec. 1 point 2 in connection with with §5 sec. 6.1. - 6.3. and §6 sec. 11 of Appendix No. 3 of Appendix No. 3 of the Alternative Trading System Regulations "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market"

Zarząd Black Pearl S.A. ("Emitent") przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości raport roczny Emitenta za rok obrotowy 2020, wraz z załącznikami, to jest:

1/ jednostkowym sprawozdaniem Zarządu z działalności za rok 2020;

2/ jednostkowym sprawozdaniem finansowym za rok 2020;

3/ wybranymi danymi finansowymi spółek zależnych za rok 2020;

Opinię i raport biegłego rewidenta z badania jednostkowego

sprawozdania finansowego Emitenta za rok 2020 Emitent opublikuje po zbadaniu sprawozdania do dnia 18 czerwca 2021r jako korektę raportu rocznego.

Sytuacja ta powstała z przyczyn niezależnych od Emitenta z powodu śmierci Rewidenta.

Załącznika nr 3 Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect"
