BLIK payments users spend PLN 100 bln in H1 2025

During the first half of 2025, BLIK mobile payments users spent PLN 102 billion (EUR 24 bln) online, which is 29 percent more than a year earlier, Poland's national payments operator PSP board member Katarzyna Matuszczyk told a conference.


"In terms of transaction value, the most popular categories in the first half of the year in this channel were fashion, financial services and bill payments. However, in terms of the number of transactions, the top three categories were betting, transport services and fashion," Matuszczyk said.

In total, the number of BLIK mobile payments transactions in the first half of 2025 amounted to PLN 1.39 billion (EUR 327.6 mln), which is 24 percent more than in the same period last year.

The value of transactions amounted to PLN 207.3 billion (EUR 48.9 bln), which represents an increase of almost one-third compared to the first half of 2024.
