W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 14/2024 z dnia 3 kwietnia 2024 r., zawierającego informację o wydaniu przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ("KDPW") oświadczenia nr 338/2024 z dnia 3 kwietnia 2024 r. w sprawie zawarcia przez KDPW z Bankiem umowy o rejestrację w depozycie papierów wartościowych prowadzonym przez KDPW do 1.200.000 (jeden milion dwieście tysięcy) akcji zwykłych na okaziciela Banku serii N o wartości nominalnej 1,00 (jeden) złoty każda ("Akcje Serii N") pod kodem ISIN PLBGZ0000010, Zarząd BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. ("Bank") informuje, że w dniu 7 kwietnia 2025 r. KDPW wydał oświadczenie nr 312/2025 w sprawie zawarcia aneksu do ww. umowy o rejestrację Akcji Serii N. Zawarcie aneksu związane jest ze wskazaniem wyemitowanych przez Bank warrantów subskrypcyjnych serii B2 (ISIN PLBGZ0000119) (obok wskazanych dotychczas wyemitowanych przez Bank warrantów subskrypcyjnych serii B1 (ISIN PLBGZ0000093)) jako papierów wartościowych podlegających wyrejestrowaniu w związku z rejestracją Akcji Serii N.

§ 17 ust. 1 pkt 1) Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

Amendment to the statement of the Central Securities Depository of

Poland on the conditional registration of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.

series N shares

With reference to the current report No. 14/2024 dated 3 April 2024,

containing information on the issuance by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów

Wartościowych S.A. (the Central Securities Depository of Poland) ("the

KDPW") of the statement No. 338/2024 dated 3 April 2024 on the

conclusion of an agreement between the KDPW and the Bank for the

registration in the securities depository maintained by the KDPW of up

to 1,200,000 (one million two hundred thousand) Series N ordinary bearer

shares of the Bank with a par value of PLN 1.00 (one) each ("Series N

Shares") under ISIN code PLBGZ0000010, the Management Board of BNP

Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (the "Bank") announces that on 7 April 2025 the

KDPW issued a statement No. 312/2025 on the conclusion of an annex to

the above-mentioned agreement for the registration of the Series N

Shares. The conclusion of the annex is related to the designation of the

Series B2 subscription warrants (ISIN PLBGZ0000119) issued by the Bank

(in addition to the Series B1 subscription warrants (ISIN PLBGZ0000093)

issued by the Bank indicated so far) as securities to be deregistered in

connection with the registration of the Series N Shares.

29 March 2018 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the

securities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosures

required by law of non-EU member states.
