Budimex builder backlog at end of March 2025 amounts to PLN 17.5 bln

Listed builder Budimex order backlog at the end of March 2025 amounted to PLN 17.5 billion (EUR 4.1 bln), and the value of contracts signed between January and March 2025 exceeded PLN 1 billion (EUR 233.9 mln), the company said in a report.


Budimex said that contracts worth more than PLN 84 million (EUR 19.6 mln) had been signed after March 31, 2025.

In addition, the value of contracts in which the bids of the group's companies are the lowest or have been evaluated the highest by the ordering parties is more than PLN 9.3 billion (EUR 2.2 bln), of which about PLN 5.3 billion (EUR 1.2 bln) is for the Rail Baltica contract in the Latvian and Estonian markets.

"This provides the Budimex Group with stable prospects for maintaining an optimal level of the order book in the coming quarters and consolidates the foundations of its operational activity for 2026-2027," the report says.

As reported, at the end of March 2025, the group's cash position decreased by more than PLN 250 million (EUR 58.5 mln) compared to the end of 2024.
