? CARLSON VENTURES INTERNATIONAL Ltd 4,060,082 shares, giving 4,060,082 votes, which constituted 61.18 of votes at the AGM and 51.03% of the total number of votes,

? BOUCHARD ET CIE SA - 1,892,747 shares, giving 1,892,747 votes, which constituted 28.52% of votes at the AGM and 23.79% of the total number of votes.

? Artur Jędrzejewski 436.853 shares, giving 436.853 votes, which constituted 6,58% of votes at the AGM and 5,49% % of the total number of votes.
