Zarząd CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej jako „Spółka” lub „Emitent”) informuje, że Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki, które odbyło się dnia 30 czerwca 2025 roku, postanowiło ponownie powołać na Członków Rady Nadzorczej Panią Penelope Hope oraz Pana Damiana Goryszewskiego, ze względu na upływający 3-letni okres ich kadencji.

Aktualne informacje, o których mowa w § 10 pkt 20) Załącznika Nr 1 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu, zostaną opublikowane niezwłocznie po ich uzyskaniu.

Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 pkt. 7 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or the “Issuer”) informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, held on June 30, 2025, decided to reappoint Ms. Penelope Hope and Mr. Damian Goryszewski as Members of the Supervisory Board due to the expiration of their 3-year term of office.

The current information referred to in § 10 point 20) of Annex No. 1 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System will be published immediately upon receipt.
