CD Projekt SACD Projekt's four supervisory board members and one management board member resign
At a meeting of listed video games producer CD Projekt's supervisory board held on October 17, four members of the supervisory board and one member of the management board have submitted their resignations, the company announced in a market filing. All resigned with effect from the end of December 31, 2024.
The company's management board announced that Adam Kicinski presented information to the members of the supervisory board about his resignation from the position of management board's member at the end of 2024 and information about his intention to stand for election to the company's supervisory board.
"There was a discussion among the members of the supervisory board about the target composition of the body, within the framework of which the members of the supervisory board came to the conclusion that in view of the above, taking into account the requirements for supervisory boards and their expected changes, as well as wanting to create an opportunity for the shareholders to appoint more independent members to the composition of the supervisory board, the optimal solution for the company would be to be able to elect the supervisory board in a revised composition," CD Projekt wrote.
It was indicated that, as a result, the following members of the company's supervisory board have submitted their resignations - all with effect from the end of December 31, 2024:
- Katarzyna Szwarc resigned as deputy head and member of the company's supervisory board;
- Michał Bien resigned as a member of the supervisory board and head and member of the company's audit committee;
- Maciej Nielubowicz resigned as secretary and member of the supervisory board and member of the audit committee;
- Jan Lukasz Wejchert resigned as member of the company's supervisory board and member of the company's audit committee.
