Pan Jeremy Michael James Lewis wskazał, że powodem jego rezygnacji jest chęć skupienia się na innych zobowiązaniach zawodowych. Spółka jest wdzięczna za czas, w którym pełnił funkcję w Radzie Nadzorczej.

Subject: Resignation of the Supervisory Board member
The Management Board of CI Games SE, with its registered office in
Warsaw (the "Company"), informs that on 21 May 2025 the Company received
a statement from Mr. Jeremy Michael James Lewis on his resignation as a
member of the Supervisory Board, effective 21 May 2025. Mr. Jeremy
Michael James Lewis indicated that the reason for his resignation is to
concentrate on his other professional commitments. The Company is
grateful for his time on the Supervisory Board.
Detailed legal basis: § 9 in connection with § 5(4) of the
Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current
and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and
conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the
laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
