Comarch IT starts review of options for public administration and e-health sectors

Listed IT company Comarch management board is beginning a process to review strategic options for its operations within the public administration and e-health sectors, the company said in a market filing.


"As part of the process of reviewing strategic options for the sectors indicated above, the company's management intends to analyse the available options for these sectors and their operations, including their divestment to external parties," it wrote.

The company stipulated that no decisions have been made to date regarding the implementation of a specific strategic option.

Trigon Investment Banking is the financial advisor in connection with the process.
