Creepy Jar SACreepy Jar gaming estimates net profit of PLN 2.6 mln in Q3 2025, below consensus
Listed games developer Creepy Jar estimates that in the third quarter of 2025, it posted a net profit of PLN 2.6 million (EUR 0.61 mln), below the market expectations for a PLN 5.2 million (EUR 1.23 mln) net take, the company said in a market filing.
Estimated Creepy Jar revenue from sales amounted to PLN 5.6 million (EUR 1.32 mln) compared to PLN 7.9 million (EUR 1.86 mln) a year ago, representing a 30 percent year on year decline. The market expected revenues of PLN 8.5 million (EUR 2.00 mln).
Estimated operating profit was PLN 2.1 million (EUR 0.49 mln) versus PLN 3.3 million (EUR 0.77 mln) last year (a 36 percent year on year decline). The consensus forecast operating profit at PLN 5.1 million (EUR 1.20 mln).
Year-to-date after three quarters, Creepy Jar reported PLN 19.6 million (EUR 4.61 mln) in sales revenue, down 14 percent year on year, PLN 9.7 million (EUR 2.28 mln) in operating profit which is up 15 percent, and PLN 10.9 million (EUR 2.56 mln) in net profit representing growth of 13 percent year on year.
According to Creepy Jar, the 30 percent year-on-year decline in sales revenue in the third quarter 2025 mainly reflects lower value sales of the game Green Hell on the PC/Steam platform.
These figures do not include the company’s revenue from participation in the PlayStation Plus subscription plan between September 16 and 30, 2025, covering Europe and the Americas regions. Revenues from this will be included in the fourth quarter of 2025 results upon receipt of relevant reports from Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe Ltd. and Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC (America).
In the third quarter of 2025, gross sales of Green Hell on PC/Steam, Sony PlayStation, and Microsoft Xbox platforms (game versions for which Creepy Jar holds publishing rights) totalled 464,000 copies, including 57,000 copies on PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
Based on preliminary sales data, estimated gross sales of Green Hell on platforms since the beginning of 2025 reached approximately 1.5 million copies, with 215,000 units destined for PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
Creepy Jar will present the final financial results for the third quarter of 2025 on November 24.
