Listed IT company cyber_Folks plans mergers & acquisitions in the near future, and after observing the growth in the first three quarters of 2025, the company sees further potential for improvement, cyber_Folks' representatives told the quarterly earnings conference.
The CFO recalled that in September, cyber_Folks completed an issue worth approximately PLN 200 million (EUR 46.9 mln).
"We intend to allocate the funds we have raised to further acquisitions in the very near future, which is why, this level of debt, although very low, may of course increase in the short term as the acquisition is completed," Stasik said.
"Nevertheless, even if we obtain these funds, this level of debt is and will remain at a very comfortable level for us, far below the average level that you can observe in previous years," he added.
In turn, the company's CEO Jakub Dwernicki announced that work is underway on further mergers and acquisitions.
"I hope that we will be able to announce something this year, or even this month," he said.
In addition, the CFO pointed out that similar quarter-on-quarter growth in the third quarter indicate further growth potential for the company.
"We have similar dynamics [of growth - PAP ed.] as in previous quarters, we have here the effect of a strong focus on higher-margin services in all our segments, and we also see a significant operating leverage effect of the scalability of our services, which means that we are able to grow, increase our customer base and increase revenues without significantly increasing our cost base," Stasik said.
CEO Dwernicki indicated that in the fourth quarter of 2025, the group will focus on service quality, AI services and the development of innovations in the area of research and development.
