Cyfrowy Polsat and ZE PAK introduce first MWh of energy from new wind farm to grid

Listed TMT group Cyfrowy Polsat and listed power utility ZE PAK have generated the first megawatt hour of electricity from the Drzezewo wind farm and fed into the grid, the companies said in a press release. The new farm will have 139 MW of capacity and will double the installed wind capacity. Full commissioning is planned for the fourth quarter.


The Drzezewo wind farm is the fifth investment by the Cyfrowy Polsat group and ZE PAK in wind energy.

To date, 45 of the 63 turbines have been installed at Drzezewo. A test launch of energy production from 23 turbines is planned in the coming weeks.
