Dom Development SADom Development launches sales of more than 1,500 flats in Q4 2024
In the fourth quarter of 2024, listed real estate developer Dom Development has launched sales of more than 1,500 residential units in 10 developments in three agglomerations, the developer said in a press release. In Warsaw, Dom Development has launched sales of more than 550 apartments.
The sales of nearly 350 units have been launched in Wroclaw, while the group's Tricity company Euro Styl has introduced more than 600 units to its offer since the beginning of October.
"Data from the housing market shows that although this year has been quite difficult for the whole industry, Dom Development group recorded record sales of 1,156 units in the third quarter," said Grzegorz Smolinski, member of Dom Development's management board, quoted in the press release.
"Our ambition is to also close the entire year with a historically best result, so we are intensively expanding our offer," he added.
In the fourth quarter, Dom Development launched a new project in Warsaw - Apartamenty Beethovena. The first phase included 209 flats.
The company is also completing its offer in multi-stage developments. It has launched sales of 294 flats in Warsaw's Targowek district, in three new buildings of the Osiedle Wilno residential complex. In Bemowo district, the next stage of the Metro Zachod residential complex has been launched, which enriched the offer by almost 50 flats.
In the capital of Lower Silesia, Dom Development has launched the sale of almost 350 residential units since the beginning of October. As many as 130 of these are being built in the new Osiedle Rapsodia residential complex.
