Listed real estate developer Dom Development plans to sell more flats in 2025 than in 2024, the group's CEO Mikolaj Konopka announced. The developer sold 4,269 apartments last year.
"We have the potential to further increase the scale of our business and financial results. This is also our target: we plan to sell more flats in 2025 than in 2024," said CEO Konopka, quoted in the press release.
"On the organisational side, we are very well-prepared for this. However, the final scale of this growth will depend on market developments," he added.
In 2024, the group sold 4,269 units, up by 9 percent year on year. This result is at the same time 5 percent higher than the previous record result of 2021 (net sales of 4,066 units). During the period, retail customers were handed the keys to 3,916 units, a year-on-year increase of 2 percent.
Dom Development handed over 300 units to an institutional investor in the PRS (Private Rental Sector) segment.
"(...) At the end of 2024, our offer comprised almost 3,800 units available for sale compared to 2,400 at the end of 2023, an increase of 57 percent year on year," CEO Konopka said.
"We are also regularly replenishing our land bank - more than 19,000 units can be built on land owned or controlled by the group," he added.
