"We stand by our plans to increase the scale of our operations; hence we are consistently bringing new projects to completion in all four markets of Dom Development's presence: in Warsaw, the Tri-City, Wroclaw and Cracow," said the group's CEO Mikolaj Konopka, quoted in a press release.
"At the end of March, our sales offer comprised over 3,500 premises and was 39 percent bigger than a year ago. The long-awaited interest rate cuts initiated in May and the drop in WIBOR rates observed since April will translate into a greater availability of housing loans, which in turn should stimulate the demand for flats in the following quarters," he added.
