Listed real estate developer Dom Development is seeing increased sales office traffic in the second quarter of 2025, board representatives told a video conference. The management maintains the target of selling a higher number of units year on year in 2025.
"April was very good, May promises to be just as good. We are seeing increased traffic in the sales offices," Dom Development's CEO Mikolaj Konopka said.
"We will see how this translates into transactions, but the interest rates cut has given a boost to customers who have been holding off on making decisions and they are starting to visit the offices. (...) We have been seeing this trend for some time, we have a record of the number of enquiries," he added.
The CEO reiterated that it is not yet time to assess how this will translate into sales volumes, pointing out, however, that Dom Development is pleasantly surprised by the market situation and the increasing interest.
Dom Development Group sold 1,033 units in the first quarter of 2025. For the full year, it plans to sell more units than in 2024, when the volume amounted to 4,269 units.
"We are definitely maintaining [the year-on-year sales growth target for 2025 - PAP ed.]," Konopka said.
"It seems that the size of our offer in the four markets and the quite clear signals from the market that customers are returning to the possibility of financing with mortgages gives us grounds to stand by what we declared earlier that we will try to sell more flats than last year," he assessed.
