Enea SAEnea power expects PLN 747 mln net profit, PLN 1.3 bln EBITDA in Q3 2025 - estimates
Listed power utility Enea estimates that in the third quarter of 2025 it had PLN 1.271 billion (EUR 298.6 mln) in EBITDA and a net profit of PLN 747 million (EUR 175.5 mln), the group announced in a market filing. The PAP Biznes consensus was for an EBITDA of PLN 1.187 billion (EUR 278.8 mln) and a net take of PLN 650 million (EUR 152.7 mln).
In addition, estimated sales revenue amounted to PLN 6.58 billion (EUR 1.55 bln). Estimated capital expenditure on tangible fixed assets and intangible assets amounted to PLN 1.010 billion (EUR 237.3 mln).
EBITDA in the mining segment amounted to PLN -106 million (EUR -24.9 mln), in the generation segment PLN 467 million (EUR 109.7 mln), in the distribution segment PLN 701 million (EUR 164.7 mln), and in the trading segment PLN 170 million (EUR 39.9 mln).
In the third quarter of 2025, Enea's net coal production amounted to 1.3 million tonnes; total net electricity generation reached 4.5 TWh (including 0.3 TWh from biomass and 0.2 TWh from renewable energy sources); sales of distribution services to end users stood at 4.9 TWh and sales of electricity and gas fuel to retail customers reached 5.9 TWh.
