ENEA SA (33/2025) Informacja w sprawie ogłoszonych przez PSE wstępnych wyników aukcji uzupełniającej rynku mocy na 2026 rok

W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 32/2025, Zarząd Enea S.A. ("Spółka", "Emitent") informuje, że 15 września 2025 roku Spółka powzięła informację o wstępnych wynikach aukcji uzupełniającej rynku mocy na 2026 rok podanych do publicznej wiadomości przez Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A., w tym o cenie zamknięcia aukcji mocy, która wynosi 346,37 PLN/kW/rok.

Mając powyższe na uwadze, Spółka szacuje, iż przychody Grupy Kapitałowej Enea ("GK Enea" z rynku mocy z aukcji uzupełniającej na rok dostaw 2026 mogą wynosić ok. 610 mln PLN dla mocy zakontraktowanej w wysokości 1 762 MW. Natomiast wszystkie szacowane przychody GK Enea na 2026 rok z rynku mocy, uwzględniające wcześniej zakontraktowane obowiązki mocowe wyniosą ok. 1,3 mld PLN.

Powyższe obowiązki mocowe nie są ostatecznymi wynikami aukcji mocy. Ostateczne wyniki aukcji mocy ogłasza Prezes Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki w Biuletynie Informacji Publicznej na swojej stronie internetowej, w pierwszym dniu roboczym następującym po 21 dniu od dnia zakończenia aukcji mocy. Do tego czasu wszystkie umowy sprzedaży obowiązków mocowych są warunkowe.

Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, iż w przypadku gdy ostateczne wyniki aukcji mocy będą istotnie różniły się od zaprezentowanych wstępnych wyników, Spółka przekaże stosowną aktualizację w trybie raportu bieżącego.

capacity market auction for 2026 announced by PSE

With reference to Current Report No. 32/2025, the Management Board of

Enea S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") hereby reports that on 15 September 2025

the Company obtained information about the preliminary outcome of the

supplementary capacity market auction for 2026, as announced by Polskie

Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A., including the capacity auction closing

price of PLN 346.37 per kW per year.

In view of the foregoing, the Company estimates that the Enea Group's

revenues from the supplementary capacity market auction for the delivery

year 2026 may reach approx. PLN 610 million for the contracted capacity

of 1,762 MW. In turn, total estimated revenues of the Enea Group for

2026 from the capacity market, taking into account the Group's

previously contracted capacity obligations, will reach approximately PLN

1.3 billion.

These capacity obligations may not be treated as the final outcome of

the capacity auction. The final outcome of the capacity auction will be

announced by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the

authority's Public Information Bulletin on the business day immediately

following the 21st day after the completion of the capacity auction.

Until then, all contracts for the sale of capacity obligations remain

conditional.

At the same time, please be advised that if the final outcome of the

capacity auction turns out to be significantly different from the

preliminary outcome presented above, the Company will provide an update

in the form of another current report.
