Podstawa prawna:

ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. ("Company") hereby calls the attention of its Honourable

Shareholders to the following considering that a news article containing detailed information

disclosed at the general meeting has been published today:

Irrespectively of the form of public limited corporation, the general meetings of the Company

are not public; those may be attended by the shareholders and officers of the Company and

the persons authorised by legal regulations.

The documents of the Company, including the minutes of the general meetings are not public

either, therefore those may be known by the shareholders, authorised persons and authorities.

The shareholders are obliged to observe the provisions of confidentiality and the Company

shall not take any responsibility regarding this.

The Company does not wish to comment on the news article and requests its shareholders to

observe the obligations of shareholders.
