The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 30 January
2025 the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Ms. Magdalena
Kamińska to the Management Board of the Company of the 7th term of
office for the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board,
with effect from 4 February 2025.
Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board of Energa SA
