Photovoltaic company Farmy Fotowoltaiki Polska wants to move to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange from the NewConnect market in the third quarter of 2026, and the company's goal is to reach more than PLN 300 million in stock market capitalisation, the company said in an announcement with a strategy for 2025-2027.
The planned revenue is, at the end of 2025 PLN 30 million (EUR 7.2 mln), in 2026 PLN 60 million (EUR 14.4 mln), and PLN 100 million (EUR 24 mln) in 2027.
Asset growth is planned to be PLN 39 million (EUR 9.3 mln) in 2025, PLN 81 million (EUR 19.4 mln) in 2026 and PLN 147 million (EUR 35.2 mln) in 2027.
The strategy also indicates the possibility of paying a dividend equivalent to up to 40 percent of profits.
The company's strategy also focuses on expansion and development of its photovoltaic project portfolio, with a target of 2,000 MW of project capacity in 2025 and at least 3,000 MW in 2027.
The company's current project capacity is around 500 MW (including 300 MW at an advanced stage).
The strategy also envisages acquisitions of existing farms and the development of its own projects, as well as entering the wind farm and hydrogen technology sectors.
The company also wants to focus on the construction of infrastructure and energy storage facilities, as well as on the development of distribution networks and striving for the role of distribution network operator (DNO).
The construction of energy storage facilities is expected to allow for the stabilisation of supply and integration with the electricity grid.
In addition, the strategy envisages public issues of shares, loans from investors, leases and 50/50 co-financing and raising PLN 100 million (EUR 24 mln) for development between 2025 and 2027.
The company also plans to implement AI to optimise processes.
