Enea SAGreenvolt sells four wind farms in Poland for EUR 83.3 mln to Enea power
Greenvolt Power Group has agreed to sell four wind farms in Poland with combined capacity of 33.2 MW for EUR 83.3 million (PLN 370 mln) to listed power group Enea's renewables unit, Enea Nowa Energia, Greenvolt said in a press release. One farm is already operational, while three are under construction and expected to be launched in 2026.
Greenvolt said that the projects are at various stages of development, with the Skibno wind farm already fully operational and having a capacity of 10 MW.
The other three farms: Zaklikow (10 MW), Nowe Miasto Lubawskie (6.6 MW), and Jablonowo Pomorskie (6.6 MW) are currently under construction and planned for commercial operation in 2026. All farms will be equipped with Vestas V110 turbines.
"Over the past months, we have worked intensively on projects that strengthen our presence in large-scale renewable energy investments. Through such acquisitions, we build real value for the Enea Group, support Poland’s energy transition, and ultimately benefit our customers," said the CEO of Enea Nowa Energia Arkadiusz Arusztowicz.
As the group reported, Greenvolt holds a utility-scale portfolio of 13.2 GW across 18 countries, focusing on rotating 70-80 percent of projects at 'Ready-to-Build' or 'Commercial Operation Date' stages.
