Raport bieżący 14/2025
Huuuge, Inc. ("Emitent") w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 6/2025 z dnia 22 stycznia 2025 r. w sprawie terminu publikacji raportów okresowych w 2025 r., niniejszym informuje, że skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2025 r. zostanie opublikowany w dniu 25 listopada 2025 r., a nie jak wcześniej informowano w dniu 20 listopada 2025 r.
Uwzględniając powyższe zmiany, harmonogram publikacji raportów okresowych w roku 2025 jest następujący:
Jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2024 - 16 kwietnia 2025 r. (opublikowany)
Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2025 r. - 27 maja 2025 r. (opublikowany)
Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2025 r. - 18 września 2025 r. (opublikowany)
Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2025 r. - 25 listopada 2025 r.
Podstawa prawna: § 84 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. W sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. 2025 poz. 755)

Change
of the date of the publication of the consolidated quarterly report for
the third quarter of 2025
Huuuge,
Inc. (the "Issuer") with reference to current report no. 6/2025 dated
January 22, 2025 regarding the dates of publication of periodic reports
during the financial year 2025, hereby announces that the consolidated
quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025 will be published on
November 25, 2025, instead of November 20, 2025 as previously announced.
Taking
into account the above changes, the schedule for the publication of
periodic reports in 2025 will be as follows:

consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 - May 27,
