INTERCAPITAL PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT ADSIC Correction in the supplement documents to the annual audited non-consilidated financial reports for 2013

Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") presents a correction in the documents relating to its annual audited non-consolidated financial report as of 31.12.2013. The correction is in the financial report of the subsidiary Marina Cape Management EOOD and does not result in alteration of the non-consolidated financial statements of Intercapital property Development ADSIC.
