Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej S.A. ["JSW", Spółka"], wychodząc naprzeciw pytaniom Interesariuszy oraz chcąc zapewnić większą transparentność komunikacji z rynkiem, w dniu 11 czerwca 2025 roku podjął decyzję o rozszerzeniu komunikacji Spółki o wybrane cele kwartalne i roczne, ujęte w Planie Techniczno-Ekonomicznym na rok 2025 ["PTE", "Plan"], które zostały zaprezentowane w załączniku do niniejszego raportu bieżącego.
Informacje zawarte w przedmiotowym raporcie bieżącym nie stanowią prognozy wyników finansowych lub operacyjnych ani stwierdzeń dotyczących przyszłości, lecz mają na celu przedstawienie kierunkowych założeń zarządczych, które mogą ulegać zmianie w razie podjęcia przez Zarząd decyzji o aktualizacji Planu.

on the assumptions of the Technical and Economic Plan of JSW S.A. and
the Group in 2025
Body of the report:
To address questions from
Stakeholders and to ensure greater transparency of market
communications, on 11
June 2025, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A.
["JSW", "Company"] decided to expand the Company's communications to
include selected quarterly and annual targets set out in the 2025
Technical and Economic Plan ["TEP", "Plan"], which are presented in an
appendix to this current report.
The information contained in this
current report does not constitute a forecast of financial or operating
results or forward-looking statements, but is intended to provide
directional management assumptions that may change if the Management
decides to update the Plan.
