["JSW", Spółka"], wychodząc naprzeciw pytaniom Interesariuszy oraz chcąc zapewnić większą transparentność komunikacji z rynkiem, w dniu 11 czerwca 2025 roku podjął decyzję o rozszerzeniu komunikacji Spółki o publikację danych dotyczących realizacji celów Planu Techniczno-Ekonomicznego za miesiąc kwiecień i maj 2025 r. które zostały zaprezentowane w załączniku do niniejszego raportu bieżącego.

To address questions from

Stakeholders and to ensure greater transparency of communication with

the market, on 11 June

2025, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW",

"Company"] decided to expand the Company's communications to include the

publication of data on the achievement of the Technical and Economic

Plan targets for the months of April and May 2025, which are presented

in the appendix to this current report.

and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse and Repealing
