Kernel Holding posts net profit of USD 41 mln in Q3 2024/25

Listed Ukrainian cereal and sunflower oil producer Kernel Holding posted a net profit of USD 41 million attributable to shareholders of the parent company in the third quarter of 2024/25 financial year, ending March 31, 2025, against USD 101 million recorded in the prior year period, Kernel said in its earnings report.


Kernel Holding's consolidated revenue in the third quarter of 2024/25 increased by 14 percent year on year to USD 1.145 billion.

The group's EBITDA fell by 31 percent year on year to USD 110 million.

Cumulatively after the third quarters of the 2023/24 financial year, Kernel posted a revenue of USD 3.092 billion, up 19 percent year on year. EBITDA increased by 4 percent year on year to USD 398 million, and net profit rose by 7 percent to USD 218 million.
