Listed copper producer KGHM wants to construct three mining shafts in Poland. The estimated cost of the investment is a minimum of PLN 9 billion (EUR 2.1 bln), the company wrote in a press release
As stated, the company's management board has decided to commence geological and hydrological exploration work for the following projects: GG-2 "Odra", Retkow and Gaworzyce.
The commencement of geological and hydrological exploration is planned for the end of July/beginning of August this year. The work will continue until 2027 at the latest.
