Kruk debt collector allocates 1 mln bonds worth PLN 100 mln

Listed debt collector Kruk has allocated 1 million of AP3 series ordinary bearer coupon bonds worth PLN 100 million (EUR 23.8 mln), the company said in a market filing.


The bond issue was declared successful and 1 million bonds, each with a nominal value equal to the issue price of PLN 100 (EUR 23.8) and with a total value of PLN 100 million (EUR 23.8 mln) were allotted.

The bonds bear interest at a variable rate equal to 3M WIBOR plus a fixed margin of 2.80 percentage points per annum.

The company stated that during the subscription period 2,169 investors effectively placed 2,705 subscription orders for 4,131,365 bonds.

As a result of proportional reduction of 75.80 percent, the company allotted 1,000,000 bonds in response to subscription orders from 2,110 investors.

The bond issue was carried out as part of a programme covered by the base prospectus approved by the Polish financial watchdog KNF on September 18, 2024.
