Kruk SAKruk debt collector to issue up to PLN 70 mln bonds
Listed debt collector Kruk will issue up to 700,000 AP3 series bonds with a total nominal value of up to PLN 70 million (EUR 16.4 mln), the company said in a market filing.
The bonds will be offered under a programme covered by a base prospectus approved by the Poland's financial market regulator KNF on September 18, 2024.
It was reported that the bonds will be offered at an issue price equal to the nominal value, which will be PLN 100 (EUR 23.4) per share. The total nominal value of the bonds will therefore not exceed PLN 70 million (EUR 16.4 mln), subject to a maximum of PLN 100 million (EUR 23.4 mln) if the company decides to increase the number of bonds.
The interest rate on the bonds is variable and will be set at the base rate, which is WIBOR 3M, plus a fixed margin of 2.80 percentage points per year.
The bonds will be dematerialised and will be subject to the issuer's application for their introduction to trading on the Catalyst regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange operator GPW.
