W związku z powzięciem przez Zarząd KRUK S.A. (Emitent, Spółka) w dniu 18 lutego 2025 roku informacji o wstępnych szacunkowych danych finansowych Grupy KRUK za IV kwartał 2024 roku, Spółka podjęła decyzję o ich przekazaniu do publicznej wiadomości:
- wstępny szacunkowy skonsolidowany zysk netto Grupy KRUK za IV kwartał 2024 roku wynosi 115 mln zł (za okres od 1 stycznia do 31 grudnia 2024 r.: 1.074 mln zł);
- wstępna EBITDA gotówkowa Grupy KRUK za IV kwartał 2024 roku wynosi 604 mln zł (za okres od 1 stycznia do 31 grudnia 2024 r.: 2.374 mln zł);
- szacunkowy wskaźnik długu netto do EBITDA gotówkowej Grupy KRUK na koniec IV kwartału 2024 roku wynosi 2,7.
Przedstawione dane finansowe mają charakter wstępny, szacunkowy i mogą ulec zmianie.
Emitent informuje, iż niezaudytowane dane finansowe zostaną przedstawione w skonsolidowanym raporcie Grupy Kapitałowej KRUK za IV kwartał 2024 roku, którego publikacja została przewidziana na 27 lutego 2025 roku, natomiast dane zaudytowane przedstawione zostaną w skonsolidowanym raporcie Grupy Kapitałowej KRUK za 2024 rok, którego publikacja została przewidziana na 27 marca 2025 roku.

Having been notified, on February 18th 2025, of the preliminary estimate
of the consolidated net result of the KRUK Group for the fourth quarter
of 2024 , the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") has decided
to announce the results to the public:
- estimated consolidated net profit of the KRUK Group for 4q2024 was:
PLN 115m (for the period from January 1st to December 31st, 2024 was:
PLN 1,074m);
- estimated cash EBITDA of the KRUK Group for 4q2024 was: PLN 604m (for
the period from January 1st to December 31st, 2024 was: PLN 2,374m);
- estimated net debt to cash EBITDA ratio of the KRUK Group on the end
of 4q2024 was: 2.7;
The above figures are subject to change.
The unaudited financial data will be disclosed in the KRUK Group's
consolidated report for the fourth quarter of 2024, slated for release
on February 27th 2025. The audited data will be disclosed in the
consolidated report of the KRUK Group for 2024, scheduled for issue on
March 27th 2025.
