KSG AGRO SA Generali OFE (Poland) holds below 5% share in KSG Agro S.A. capital

The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (the "Company") informs that on 9 Sep 2014 the Company received a letter from Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Generali OFE), with its registered seat in 15B, Postepu street, Warsaw.
With this letter Generali OFE informs the Company that in the result of the transaction settled on 2-nd September 2014 it holds below 5% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of KSG Agro S.A.
Before the transaction Generali OFE held 821 875 shares ( eight hundred twenty one thousand eight hundred seventy five shares) which represents 5,47 % share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
After the transaction Generali OFE holds 521 875 shares ( five hundred twenty one thousand eight hundred seventy five shares) which represents 3,47% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
Within the next 12 month the Fund doesn't exclude neither increasing nor decreasing its stake in KSG Agro S.A. depending on the market situation and business development of the company.
