Synektik SALPP fashion expects revenues of approx. PLN 25-26 bln in 2025, with margin of 53-54 pct
Listed fashion group LPP expects revenues of approximately PLN 25-26 billion (EUR 5.9-6.2 bln) in the 2025 financial year, with a gross margin on sales in the range of 53-54 percent, the company said in the report.
"I believe that 2025 will be an important year for LPP and a strong accelerator of our group's growth. Double-digit growth in online sales, positive results in comparable shops, sales revenues in the range of PLN 25-26 billion and a gross margin of 53-54 per cent are the results with which we plan to end the current year," CEO Marek Piechocki wrote in a letter to shareholders.
The company maintains that its capital expenditure this year will amount to PLN 3.5 billion (EUR 837.6 mln) with PLN 2.3 billion (EUR 550.4 mln) of this amount is to be allocated to the expansion of the fixed-line network.
"During the current year we will double the network of our youngest brand by opening 1,500 new Sinsay shops, and at the same time about 100 shops of the other brands in our portfolio, so that by the end of 2025 we will have a sales network of about 4,400 shops," informed the CEO.
