LPP fashion logistics unit expands its distribution centre in Romania

Listed fashion group LPP's unit LPP Logistics has expanded its distribution centre in Romania by an additional 42,000 square metres, the company said in a press release.


As stated, the new warehouse space will allow LPP Logistics to handle the growing order volumes in Southern Europe more efficiently.

LPP group's distribution centre, located near Bucharest, plays an important role as the company's logistics hub for Southern Europe. The facility supplies LPP's branded showrooms and two Romanian fulfilment centres, to handle online orders in the region.

"The completed expansion is part of the company's development strategy to increase the warehouse space managed by LPP Logistics to 700,000 square metres by the end of 2025," LPP said in a press release.

"The company plans to spend PLN 450 million over two years to achieve this goal," it added.
